A total of 154 new holiday homes are being built at EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand. The appearance and design of the houses are based on the rich history of the region and blend harmoniously into the attractively landscaped surroundings. Find your dream holiday home in one of the three zones - on the beach, by the water or in the forest.

There are 154 new holiday homes being built in the current construction project at EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand. You can choose between three different locations with distinct landscapes.
On the beach, in the forest or by the water - which spot do you choose?
While the open water area with its sweeping views reflects the characteristic North Holland polder landscape, the beach area conveys a classic holiday feeling. The woodland area promises plenty of privacy amidst a colourful variety of nature with dense tree cover.
In the forest
The dense tree population in the forest zone gives you a feeling of protection and a high degree of privacy. The forest zone features a small watercourse and a colourful variety of trees, plants and shrubs.
The facades of the holiday homes in this area are kept in natural tones and a wood look to blend in harmoniously with the surroundings. The spacious terrace is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the shade of tall trees. You can also choose a planted roof for your holiday home, which has a pleasant cooling effect in summer.
By the water
The water zone forms the boundary between the inside and outside of the dyke and is reminiscent of a typical North Holland polder landscape.
An open, modern appearance characterizes both the planning area and the holiday homes being built here. Every holiday home in this area has a lovely terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the banks, the typical water plants and the trees.
At the beach
The beach area evokes the typical sense of being on holiday. From here you can enjoy a panoramic view over the IJsselmeer and relax in or by the water.
The holiday homes are located on the shore and along a promenade overlooking the water. There will also be bathing jetties on the other side of the dyke, which are ideal for learning to surf, for example.
Sold out - These waterfront properties have all been sold. Instead, secure a holiday home in the open water zone or a cottage along the tranquil waterway among the trees.
Third project phase: discover the exclusive new holiday homes on the waterside
Following the successful, almost complete sale of phase 2, the next project phase began in summer 2024 with the latest construction plans in the waterfront zone.

Our MIVA homes are specially designed and equipped for disabled guests, with spacious layouts and modern modifications that make the stay accessible, comfortable and worry-free. For example, the accommodations feature barrier-free entrances, adapted bathrooms and spacious living areas where one can move freely. Outdoor areas are also equipped with adapted paths and terraces.
These modifications ensure that disabled guests can enjoy a comfortable and accessible vacation, without worrying about physical barriers.

Location and facilities
EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand (Immerhornweg 15, 1601 DC Enkhuizen) is located on a piece of unadulterated (North) Dutch history. The location is the westernmost tip of North Holland in the heart of West Friesland and can be labeled 'triple A' status: next to the famous Zuiderzeemuseum, colse to the theme park Sprookjeswonderland and right by a large recreational area with a sandy beach in the making.
A long, south-facing sandy beach and a large swimming pool are being created as part of the project development. The beautiful seventeenth-century town centre of Enkhuizen is just a short stroll away through the park.
Our redevelopment also includes a wide range of gastronomic offerings, outdoor playgrounds and the realisation of a central gathering place around which there is plenty to experience.
What the surroundings have to offer
History and tradition, vibrant city life and nature experiences - EuroParcs Enkhuizer Strand is the perfect base for excursions. From Enkhuizen you can be in Hoorn and Medemblik (with its monumental Radboud castle) in 15 minutes. Amsterdam and Den Helder are less than an hour away, Alkmaar only 45 minutes.
Finally, between Enkhuizen and Almere, you look out on the Marker Wadden, a nature reserve with the Wadden Islands as inspiration and which should lead to more diversity in nature in the Markermeer. To see these islands, you must drive through the Houtribdijk to Almere where a boat goes from Bataviastad to the Marker Wadden. The nature reserve includes five islands totaling 750 hectares.
