De Koog is centrally located on the island, close to the beach, the bustling village of De Koog and less than a kilometer away from the special nature reserve De Slufter. The holiday park gives you a feeling of peace and privacy because of the spacious plots. Duinvilla 5 is a spacious and luxurious villa suitable for 5 people. These double-layer stone holiday homes are indistinguishable from an ordinary house in terms of quality and appearance. They are gas-free and also otherwise meet modern insulation and sustainability requirements. For example, the exterior door frames and gauge frames are equipped with low-maintenance, aluminum/artificial stone sills. The glazing of exterior frames, windows and doors (including skylights) consists of insulating double glazing (HR ++). Upon entering you step into a spacious entrance with access to a separate toilet and the bright living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is made of composite in a beach white color and has a stained edge. The color of the kitchen front is sand-colored. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality kitchen appliances and includes an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, oven, built-in refrigerator with freezer and wall-mounted extractor hood. On the ground floor there is also one of the double bedrooms and direct access to the bathroom. A staircase in the hall takes you to the first floor with another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is suitable for 1 person, the other bedroom has a double bed. Both bathrooms are stylishly finished and the bathroom on the first floor has a semi-detached bath.

Outside you can enjoy the garden with terrace and local plants. The veranda is made of Douglas wood (pergola). This pergola is equipped with sun protection system slats.
